Goldbrick Val Vista Lakes
A Modern Transformation of a 1995 home. This was once stunning in its day but did not reflect the vibrant style of the young couple who now call it their own. With a vision for a transitional modern space blending blacks, whites, and wood-look tile floors, Luxemuse embarked on a transformation journey to bring their dream to life. The Pecans Queen Creek
Located in a highly coveted gated community in the southeast of Phoenix, this 4,500 square-foot home nestled on a tree-lined street was in need of a modern update. The homeowners, both NASA Engineers and young parents, envisioned a refreshed and functional space to raise their toddlers. Luxemuse undertook a comprehensive renovation to bring their dream to life.

In the highly sought-after neighborhood of Arcadia, spanning Phoenix and Scottsdale, Luxemuse undertook a remarkable project. The purchase of our 1950s home for $420,000 laid the foundation for a transformation that culminated in a stunning high-end custom flip, which ultimately sold for $1.4 million.

When the homeowners purchased their lovely track home, they found it saturated with all things gray, a stark contrast to their soft, Indonesian style. The goal was clear: to warm up the space and infuse it with an airy, light vibe. Luxemuse set out to make this vision a reality.

Our next project was an exciting venture with young, new professional clients with a toddler and infant on the way who radiated a fun and lively vibe. Their vision was to create a home that was not just modern but also exuded an unusual and playful character. The home they purchased was a custom build from another era, with eccentric pink hues adorning its walls. Luxemuse embarked on the mission to strip the home of its old identity and introduce a fresh, contemporary atmosphere.
